He Said/She Said by Erin Kelly

Synopsis from Good Reads:

In the hushed aftermath of a total eclipse, Laura witnesses a brutal attack. She and her boyfriend Kit call the police, and in that moment, it is not only the victim's life that is changed forever. Fifteen years on, Laura and Kit live in fear, and while Laura knows she was right to speak out, the events that follow have taught her that you can never see the whole picture: something, and someone, is always in the dark.

My Thoughts:

This is a dark psychological thriller centering around Kit and Laura and has them hiding out of fear from...someone.  I don't want to give too many details and ruin the storyline but suffice it to say that this is thrilling story.  It goes back and forth in time to slowly give you the full story one tiny bite at a time and it will keep you guessing.
The ending wasn't a total shock or surprise to me but it was still very edge-of-your-seat!  He Said/She Said is an enjoyable thriller to take to the beach or pool this summer.  It was hard to put down and I was always wanting to know just exactly what was going to happen next.  4/5 stars

  1. I was on a thriller kick last month, when I get the urge again, I will have to consider this one.

    1. It will be a great beach/pool read for later on this summer after you've read some fluff to balance out! :)
